This meme is 100% accurate and it’s embarrassing as hell.
Canada 🇨🇦 41 million people 🤬 getting absolutely hammered with a carbon tax that drives up the cost of gas, food, heating, and everything else we need to survive.
USA 🇺🇸 340+ million people YET no carbon tax.
Mexico 🇲🇽 130+ million people YET no carbon tax.
And our brilliant leaders are still sitting there like Ralph Wiggum yelling “I’m helping!” while they deliberately make life more expensive for regular Canadians.
This isn’t climate policy. This is economic self-sabotage. We’re one of the lowest emitters in the G7 and we’re taxing ourselves into the ground so a bunch of globalist politicians can feel morally superior at conferences. Meanwhile China and India are laughing all the way to the bank.
Carney and the Liberals keep telling us we have to “rupture” our relationship with the United States — our biggest trading partner — while they punish us at home with this stupid tax. It’s delusional.
We’re not saving the planet. We’re just screwing over our own people so the elite can virtue signal.
Drop a 🔥 if you’re sick of paying the price for their stupidity.

Frugal is not a word in the Liberal dictionary. It is not in the budget either.
THINK 🤔 ABOUT THE WASTED MONEY 💰
$1,850 a second, and not one of those dollars buys a nurse, a road, or the shift that closes at Stelco tomorrow. It is the interest. Federal debt sits around $1.3 trillion. The charge on it is running at $58.7 billion this year. The book printed $55.6 billion. June's fiscal monitor already has the monthly bill up 12.4 percent, so the higher number is where the year is heading.
$161 million a day. $6.7 million an hour. $111,000 a minute. None of it pays the debt down. The stock is still growing, so the second hand speeds up while the programs get the speech.
That is not a plan. That is a government that takes the tax, books another deficit, then burns the first $58 billion keeping last year's bill from coming due. Frugal would have been stopping. They printed a bigger number and called it management.

🚨 500 Stelco jobs go tomorrow.
The promise that was supposed to stop it was made by Ottawa.
Cleveland-Cliffs paid $3.4 billion for the company in 2024. The approval came with a condition. Keep the union jobs for five years. Tomorrow they idle Hamilton and Nanticoke. The memo calls it survival in a market they say is unsustainable. Joly's answer is that the CEO backed the American steel tariffs, so he does not get to call the layoff an act of God. Five business days for a plan. Then, she says, enforcement.
Carney said last week they will use every power they have. The power that would have mattered was a deal, and the deal is the thing he still does not have. A letter to a president in Cleveland is not a shift that stays open. The workers find out which one counts in the morning.

There was a choice today… Put Canadians FIRST or the Carbon Tax
Liberals ALWAYS CHOOSE TO TAX!
Opposition motion. Emergency fuel relief. Cut the federal tax on diesel until Canada Day and build more Canadian fuel. Conservatives voted yes. Liberals, Bloc and NDP voted no. Defeated.
Diesel closed September at $2.64 a litre. That litre is in every truck that brings the food, the lumber and the parts. A no on this motion is a yes on the price. The relief they are still selling is four cents a litre, and it expires at the end of January.
Liberals again and again, focus on taxing Canadian’s into poverty!
#cdnpoli
They had the opportunity to vote in front of them.
But… OF COURSE They voted no.
A Conservative motion to cut every federal tax on diesel until Canada Day, and to build more Canadian fuel. Liberals, Bloc and NDP against. The same week diesel closed September at $2.64 a litre, a record, and the relief on the books is four cents a litre until the end of January.
This is not a war somewhere else. It is the litre in the truck that brings the food. They could have cut the bill. They kept it, and called the other side the problem.

BREAKING
Liberals vote AGAINST Conservative motion to save Canadians money by cutting diesel taxes and boosting fuel production.
The choice was simple: save Canadians money today and fuel ourselves tomorrow.
The Liberals voted no.
Quebec cleaned house. Alberta is next on the calendar. Ottawa is still arguing with Trump.
The CAQ won 90 seats in 2022. Monday night it won zero. The Parti Québécois took 59 and a minority, on 28 percent of the vote. Éric Duhaime's Conservatives picked up 19. A party that went from a government to not enough members for a meeting. The PQ ran on identity, 35,000 permanent residents a year, and temporary immigration cut in half. That is a centre-left party talking about how many people the province can actually hold.
Oct 19, Alberta votes on whether to start the process toward a separation referendum. Not a flag change the next morning. Danielle Smith says she will vote to stay. A CBC poll had 72 percent staying and 23 percent for secession. The map is the joke. The calendar is not.
None of this started with a tweet from Washington. Trump gives people a reason to be angry. Carney answers, and the answer gets graded like a campaign ad. Take Trump out of the picture and ask the boring questions. Housing. A doctor. The grocery bill. Two provinces having a serious talk about whether they are staying. Beer goggles for the guy who talks back to Trump are not a report card.
Quebec and Alberta are not the same story. Both of them are a reminder that a flag in the reply does not mean the country under it is working. Trump will be gone. The decisions made while he was the whole argument will still be here.

1,000% THIS one is worth a signature, and it needs a member to stand up and sponsor it.
The CCFR petition is not a new ban. It is the opposite. A firearm crime, or another serious illegal possession, and the privilege is revoked. Then better data. Traces and reports that actually say where the gun came from, so a smuggled pistol does not get filed as a hunting rifle.
Ottawa spent six years banning the people who already had a licence and a locked cabinet. The file on the guns used in the offences stayed sloppy. A petition that starts with revoke the status and count the crime guns is the conversation they skipped. It still needs a sitting MP to put it on the order paper. That is the ask.

They were going to open the door. Today they said the door stays shut.
Sean Fraser, Justice, this afternoon. Canada will not move ahead with medical assistance in dying where mental illness is the only condition. A bill this fall keeps that exclusion indefinite. The Criminal Code had the expansion on a timer. The timer just got pulled.
This is the same system doctors have been warning is already too loose. A woman in her 70s was approved because she could no longer cook for her family and felt she had no value. She stepped back because someone talked to her. In 2024, MAID was 16,499 deaths, 5.1 percent of everyone who died in the country. That was the version sold as a last resort for the dying.
Holding the mental-illness clause is not a victory lap. It is the government admitting the next step was a mistake before they took it. The bill is the part that counts. A sentence at a microphone is how the last expansion started.
#cdnpoli
HUGE achievement by the Conservative Party!
They got the Liberals to finally take action and make sure Canadians aren't being euthanized due to sole reason of mental illness.
Minister of Justice Sean Fraser:
"Canada has made a decision not to move forward with the expansion that is scheduled in the Criminal Code of medical assistance in dying in circumstances where mental illness is the sole basis.
The government will be tabling legislation this fall that will maintain that exclusion on an indefinite basis."
👏👏👏
Stagnant growth. Shrinking paycheques. Sky-high bills.
The Financial Post just called the destination.
Gwyn Morgan, today. Another failed government in Ottawa. The 2026-27 deficit is $78.3 billion. Since 2015, $828 billion more investment capital has left the country than come in. In 2024 the average family paid 42.3 percent of its income in tax. Housing, food and clothing together took 35.5. The government take beat the groceries and the roof.
His answer is a closer deal with a Europe we already have agreements with. CETA. Britain. EFTA. The customer who buys the oil and the cars is still the United States. Montreal is booked anyway. A pivot to a slower market, a deficit that does not flinch, and capital walking out the door. That is not a plan that has not landed yet. That is the result.
All talk. The file is the delivery.

Quebec elected the party that wants out. It did not vote to leave, YET!
The Parti Québécois won last night, first government since 2014. Minority. About 59 seats, and he needed 64. They did it on 28 percent of the vote. Liberals around 40. Quebec Conservatives 19. Québec solidaire 9. The CAQ got wiped. Paul St-Pierre Plamondon is premier, and he still needs opposition votes for the thing he actually ran on.
That thing is already on a delay. He said in August there is no referendum while Trump is in office. After January 2029, if they are still there, he wants the question. Carney's line is that Ottawa will work with whatever government Quebecers choose.
Equalization does not wait on that. The 2026-27 program is $27.2 billion. Quebec takes $13.9 billion. Alberta takes zero. So do Saskatchewan and British Columbia. A minority on 28 percent just became the government cashing half the cheque. The province that produces the money is still being told to get on the same page.

Disappointed is not a jobs plan. Joly is a mouthpiece with no value
Oct 15, 2025. Stellantis walks the Brampton commitment. Joly says she is extremely disappointed, it is unacceptable, she will fight for the jobs. She has called Unifor. She has called Flavia Volpe. She has called Doug Ford's government. She does not name a tool. A year of those calls and the file looks the same.
Stelco sat with her in June 2025. Trade and the budget, on the registry. Champagne had them in July. The chief negotiator had them in May of this year. Sept 28, CBC: hundreds of layoffs in Hamilton, tariffs called a survival move. Carney's answer was that the company betrayed the workers.
She fought on camera. The plant fought the invoice. One of those showed up.
Buy Canadian is just the slogan. Liberals don’t actually do as they say!
Kerry Diotte is on the Toronto Star count. From the day Carney was sworn in through July, Ottawa signed $25 billion in contracts. The raw list says $22.4 billion went to Canadian companies and $1.2 billion to American ones. That list counts a US subsidiary in Toronto as Canadian. Once you count the parent, the Star puts American-controlled contracts at $7.8 billion, against $14.9 billion for Canadian firms. The share going south is up 11 points. Not a rounding error.
The policy he keeps naming started in December. Thirty-four contracts have gone through it. $1.5 billion. The same week, LNG Canada's expansion is buying Chinese steel and he answered with a different pipeline. The podium says buy Canadian. The purchase order says whoever answered the phone.
SO MUCH FOR “BUY CANADIAN.”
Mark Carney has repeatedly promised to “Build Canada 🇨🇦 and Buy Canadian.”
Yet, the share of federal contracts going to companies in the U.S.A. 🇺🇸 is up nearly 50% — totalling $7.8 BILLION.
Another Liberal promise broken.
