First time seeing this Pokemon (yes, I've been out of the loop for years, relax) but i instantly vibe with it .

Why?

* goofy smile
* colors work
* the background does a lot to complement the pokemon
* the *confused eyes" look is funny
* I initially thought that was a weird Pikachu offshoot 🫪
* turns out it is actually a panda, which is cute!
* has no evolution so plenty of future potential?
* only 9 cards feature Spinda? Wtf?!?! 🤨
* last seen in Paradox Rift (which is now out of print)

Time for a Spinda comeback id say.
