@HSBCUKBusiness just been on hold for 45 mins to request activation code on new acc. could not get through security as a security code not yet set up. Was sent back to beginning to exactly same spot by operator. Cannot face another 45 min wait. Pls advise. #frustrated
I’m on a train carriage that’s relatively busy (on way to a funeral, not just for a fun jaunt) and about 10% of folk are wearing masks. I’ll have spent 8 hours on a train in 24 hrs by time I get home #feelingdoomed
