If you want to watch Children of Blood and Bone, watch it for what it is: a Hollywood high budget, YA "African-inspired" fantasy told for Western audiences in a post-Wakanda world.

If you read the books, I'm sure you'll understand that it never promised to be anything else. 😊

My unsolicited opinion: I think folks came to this Children of Blood and Bone adaption with expectations that it never set out to fulfil.

But as luck would have it, authentic, high quality, entertaining Yorùbá "fantasy"/speculative films already exist! 😃

@CotswoldsQC She is 9 months old, meaning that she is not old enough to have completed the full course of childhood immunisations. Immunisations are delivered in stages at different age milestones, you're not "fully vaccinated" until pre-school age.
