The governor of Oregon announced that 1/3 of Oregon citizens are on Medicaid. Medicaid! 1/3! And she didn’t even sound like it was a big deal.
The government is the number one employer in the state and 1/3 of its citizens are on Medicaid.

We live in a screwed up state. We have got to fix it and we have got to fix it fast.
