@LNER Well the phone line this afternoon was useless since it was closed “due to unforeseen circumstances” and it just told me to visit the website 😩 …so it seems everyone apart from the person manning the LNER Twitter account is on strike?! Haha, I just want a buy a ticket goddammit
@London10K Arrived at 9am and have only moved maybe 10 meters in an hour in this bib pick up queue. Really, really awful organisation this year. Wave starts at 10:50am and there are still hundreds of people queueing 😒😩
I emailed the issue and requested a call but call options tell me to email. I’m getting sent round in circles and have wasted an hour trying to get in contact to speak to a real person.
@AvivaUK why is it so hard to speak to someone on the phone? I have tried since 9am to contact you but all appropriate options still tell me to email you or update details online, which I cannot do because Aviva changed details and updated email contacts without our consent.
