@ChaseSupport Is ignoring my message the way @Chase typically handles #CustomerService? Chase has not cooperated with the police and has misled them with wrong information. I’ve also been told different accounts of the fraud criminals depending on who I talk to. Is Chase this incompetent?

Always thought corporations like @chase and @publicstorage would cooperate with police investigations but if I’ve learned anything in the last month post burglary, they definitely do not.

FYI @PublicStorage deletes and blocks negative comments/reviews. So when you see a lot of positive things, ask yourself if that’s a true reflection of their service. This has happened to over 100 people in the last 4 days alone. #publicstorage #CustomerService

@KyleYourFriend @PublicStorage They are supposed to have cameras but aren’t sharing where they are or anything on them. Someone told me that @PublicStorage erases the tapes to hide evidence of theft very quickly after incidents. Likely because their employees are facilitating robberies. #theft
