@CTMQ @Heather__Holt @SAP Yes, but as someone whose partner is an in-house employment atty for a very large, multinational company, I also know that said corps must go by laws of the country (& individual states), in which they're based. W/headquarters here in FL, she could have been fired w/out cause.
