We often learn the most from mistakes. This is why assessment used in a formative way—to inform next steps in teaching and learning—is so powerful. If we assess kids, but then don’t allow them to revise and try again, then we wasted the power & benefit of the mistakes. #atplc

Admin, if there has ever been a time teachers need support, encouragement, and appreciation, it is this year. Make sure regardless of anything else that they can say, "My admin appreciated me and had my back!".
