3 - I'm taking part starting today in @vhiwmm to raise funds for LMC.
Just had my bag stolen in Costa cafe on Dawson Street. I am devastated as it was my Mum's bag. My keys, my phone, everything gone. But the bag can never be replaced.

So very sad to hear this news. Vicki Phelan did such great work for the women of Ireland and did it with so much dignity and courage. Thinking of her family and friends. Rest in peace Vicki.

Rights are not absolute. They are in the hands of the people we elect to represent us. In Ireland we have elected a representative who will today seek to hand a maternity hospital to a religious order with a track record of using their power to abuse women and children.
A country with no maternity/parental leave or pay, the highest maternal mortality rate of any developed country and a huge financial burden associated with pregnancy & giving birth has taken another step to prevent women from choosing whether to end or continue their pregnancy.
