@dmwoof@doritmi I looked into this. Some places excluded those in their counts. Others didn’t, but it amounted to a tiny % of admissions. The extremely high all-cause hospitalizations and all-cause mortality rules out the notion that factors like this were the reason behind the high numbers.

One graph to shut RFK Jr. up., by @jeremyfaust: Kennedy has never been stopped when his claims were shown false, but the rest of us appreciate having the evidence that he lied about COVID-19's harms at our fingertips. https://t.co/CHBDa2PqrL

That’s because you don’t know the facts (ie, RFK is wrong.)
During this situation, ~54 people have done what Ms. Perryman is asking.
Home-based monitoring.
Of 18 originally at NQU, 10 were permitted to go home after may 31. 8 remain by choice. 44 more were home *from the start
@doritmi@jeremyfaust For this single instance, I concur with RFKJr and not Dr. Faust.
Florida—where the pt would be released to—won't enforce the home quarantine.
Should she become contagious & infect someone it's equivalent to their surviving Russian roulette.
With severe individual risk—precaution.
