A judge has struck HCR2048 from the November ballot. The legislatively referred ballot measure was portrayed as primarily aimed at protecting ESA funds for military families, but would have also completely nullified a citizen initiative to impose new restrictions on ESAs.

A judge has booted HCR2040 off the ballot, ruling that because the measure targeting teachers' unions also bars government entities from negotiating with other public sector unions like police and fire, it violates the Arizona Constitution's separate amendment clause.

74,243 mail-in ballots that were counted in the Arizona 2020 election were found to have no record of ever being sent out.

11,326 people who did NOT show up on the Nov. 7th 2020 voter rolls, somehow had ballots that were were counted, but then somehow showed up on the Dec. 4th voter rolls after attention was brought to the fraud. Who added them to cover up the fraud?

Then, an individual gained access to the voting system, went into an application, and they chose to specifically run a script that would clear all records in the system that was used to generate the official results, the DAY BEFORE and AUDIT was to BE CONDUCTED for the Arizona 2020 Election.

Joe Biden's margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, and it took over a week after Election Day to come up with enough of ballots to beat Trump's massive lead. Trump won Arizona in a massive landslide victory.
