Yet another fantastic and fun collaboration with @Guillem_Ripoll. We empirically test new theoretical developments of PSM using a survey experiment. We met @IRSPM in 2016. 3 publications later, we are still collaborating on all things #Motivation 😁

Are PSM and prosocial motiv equally related to ethics? What are the implications for public and nonprofit sectors?

In a new chapter, @JessBreaugh and I articulate some answers and provide avenues for further research. Of course, empirical studies need to test our arguments! 🧑‍🔬⚠️
