As a KL-lite who’s also a global citizen, I can safely say if you’re in downtown KL or the CBD area, you can most definitely trot back to your hotel or Airbnb on foot safely minus being harassed or attacked. This applies to all tourist/expat friendly spots in KL. Not sure who’s been painting a different story. Obviously there are seedier parts of Greater KL and beyond where crime does exist but generally we are a very safe nation where one can walk around without getting mugged, knifed, or shot.

Who do I speak to regarding appalling customer service experience at the Apple Store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia? @AppleSupport @Apple Wanted to buy 11 units of the Apple Watch 11, and as a Malaysian the salesperson handling me was an American Latina lady who straight out asked how I was paying and if I had enough credit? Not how I expected anyone is sales to begin a conversation with any customer.
