Another @minimed Guardian 4 sensor failure day. Actually, 2 sensors in a row. Now been 10 hours without the sensors or pump working as it should. Also pump has totally stopped giving me basal too. Now got worse diabetes control than when I used insulin pens. I feel like crap.
Another day and another @minimed 780G with Guardian 4 sensor failure. Lost connection to sensor due to “interference”, yet if you unpair and re-pair it, it connects again. Shame you then have to wait 2 more hours for it to actually function again. It’s 2026 🙄 Don’t get a 780G 🤬
@Medtronic@minimed your customer feedback survey seems to be broken, or maybe this is a fake email as a result of your IT being cyber attacked recently?
@minimed@Medtronic I’d like your products to be quality checked and reliable. I don’t want yet another phone conversation where I feel off all my details and the only thing you can offer is shipping out another sensor which is likely to fail too.
Absolutely disgusted by the shoddy quality and unreliability of @Medtronic@minimed products and services. Been using 780G with Guardian 4 sensors for only a bit over a month and about 50% of sensors have failed. Avoid them unless you like VERY late nights and poor BG control.
Also, the customer service consists of phoning them (no online support) and talking to somebody who is difficult to understand, reads off a script, and actively tries to do as little as possible. No compassion for the fact that we rely on their faulty products to stay alive.
@TeamYouTube I have. Restarted the app, and reinstalled it so it’s definitely the latest version. Restarted AVP too. No other apps have a problem, and your app works fine except for actually playing videos.
Disgusted by the customer “service” of @JohnLewisRetail. Bought “teaspoons” online, got them home to find they weren’t teaspoon size. JL won’t refund as packaging was thrown away thinking they were dessert spoons I’d bought too. They say they’re fine despite false advertising 🤷♂️
I used to think that @JohnLewisRetail@johnlewishelp was a decent retailer but the experience with placing an online order and trying to resolve an issue with it has been so slow and painful that I’m thinking I would’ve been better off going elsewhere 😡

@BootsUK really don't care about their customers. Place an order which "will be ready for collection from" a specific date, it doesn't arrive, goes missing, so you ask them about it and they say "wait another week" before they're willing to do anything at all 😡🤬 #prayforboots
Sure, I’ll just tell my T1D that I’m not allowed any hypos or hypers for the next week and I won’t bother with that life saving insulin 3 times per day because I don’t have my phone to calculate my carbs and dose.
Absolutely furious with @Apple - My #iPhone17ProMax has such bad data connection that it is rarely usable compared to my old #iphone15promax and so stops me from managing my diabetes which could be lethal for me. Their response: Buy #AppleCare and don’t use the phone.
And despite spending about 3 hours on the phone to @AppleSupport running diagnostics on my phone and them recommending I get it replaced, they put me through to somebody to organise the replacement to be told I have to send it away for weeks before getting a replacement.
