@ChandranTheMan MOTU was made for everyone though. It does a great job of inviting those with limited knowledge in and allowing them to enjoy the movie as well. People just don’t care for one reason or another and it sucks because it’s everything a summer blockbuster is supposed to be.
@TIMWrestling As much as I love El Grande Americano, I think the Alpha Academy version showed the world how great he was on every level and I think that’s his best version… so far.
@DxceVxsquez That’s crazy because it actually had really good marketing. I think a lot of it got overshadowed by how good Scary Movie’s marketing was though.
@BornAgainBalaky No they are not. Movies get pushed out after one week these days if they don’t perform well. The second week needs to be as big if not bigger if it wants to make it past 5 weeks in the theater.
Masters of the Universe is going to fall into the same category as movies like Dungeons & Dragons, A-Team and Speed Racer.
Really awesome movies that should have been summer blockbusters and become franchises.
