@verizonfios stop messing with the STB, the new GUIDE is blank (black, no guide, just PIP in top right), the new interface crawls when looking at DVR shows, plus the chaptering of shows is gone ... new interface #EpicFail

@VerizonSupport OMG! get it through your head ... it is a backhaul issue, I have a 100/100 circuit and with nothing connected except my laptop via Ethernet, I cannot get a 32-byte PING packet across to the Verizon switch on the Verizon network before the Internet edge

@verizonfios @VerizonSupport for the love of God, fix the backhaul bandwidth it is just unfair to oversell your bandwidth and we lose Internet access during peak usage; once again we are offline every few minutes now, it has been more than 3 weeks now! #FAIL #EpicFail

@VerizonSupport it is NOT a on-premise EQUIPMENT problem, it is a VERIZON FiOS Concentration BANDWIDTH problem from overselling the bandwidth

@VerizonSupport furthermore, there are several tickets in the system documenting everything that was done over the last 3 weeks ... it is all a backhaul bandwidth issue, nothing to discuss, escalated but nothing is done to resolve the issue #EpicFail
