@TUIUK First time weโve booked a holiday so far in advance at a time when holiday companies needed their customers and weโre now left in this situation.
I would have thought youโd have gone a lot further to solve this for us.
@TUIUK Royally stitched us up.
Booked a family holiday in Feb for May 22 and theyโve now told us that theyโve not renewed the contract with the hotel so our holiday is cancelled.
Booking anything similar is going to cost us a hell of a lot more than a token 10% gesture. Livid ๐คฌ
@TUIUK Iโve been given my options and quite frankly theyโre pathetic!
1. Money back (at this late stage any similar type of holiday would now be out of our budget)
2. Swap to another hotel (in Turkey but is now sold out) ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
3. Book another with 10% uplift. 10% doesnโt touch the sides!
