1. Great set up, UAP, 2. Push the ground, hips & shoulders rise as one, 3. Shoulders over the bar as long as possible, 4. Hips to bar, 5. Pull into pockets, 6. Violent extension, 7. Shirt flip, shuffle from jumping feet to squat feet , 8. Pull under bar, 9. Celebrate new PR!!!
