@Delta traveling with 2 kids during the holidays is hard enough. Add terrible weather, and it gets worse. Canโt believe you are not waiving the change fee for myself and my family when we proactively changed our flight from one that ended up getting cxld. Terrible experience

@Starbucks I placed an order yesterday at a store with a 9-14 minute delivery window. I went to pick the order up 20 minutes after the window was over and my order was not ready. I had to leave the store without picking up my order since they hadn't even started making it.
@Zipcar I reached out to you after waiting for 2 hours on hold to cancel my membership. I provided the necessary info via DM, and you still charge my card. What kind of customer service is that? Not only that, but you don't even acknowledge receipt of the information.
@AlticeUSA and product from retention. Sprinkle in 2 appointments where the installation team didnโt even have the proper equipment, and 2 other appointments where they didnโt even show up. Itโs time to move to a provider who can offer a better customer experience. Unfortunate
