Trick question, probably someone’s uncle/family etc.

But available to buy, some of my favorites for melt in your mouth brisket would be Franklin’s, La Barbecue (order ahead and you can still eat inside!), Styles Switch, and then Interstellar as long as line isn’t too long.

That said, there are quite a few that I still haven’t even tried yet, so potentially others too! Looking forward to trying Leroy and Lewis Barbecue soon.
