The crazy thing too is if you ask the doctor or the billing instead of using your insurance if you can cash pay they will deny you because you have insurance.
My family and I have been cash pay for some time now and it blows my mind how cheap it is vs not paying for insurance plus how much you can negotiate with healthcare providers.
