We discussed measures to strengthen India's testing ecosystem through modern laboratories, enhanced quality assurance, and internationally benchmarked standards. A robust testing infrastructure will help safeguard consumer interests, improve product quality, facilitate ease of doing business, enhance the global competitiveness of Indian industries, and support the growth of manufacturing and exports.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ "ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಅಕ್ರಮ ತಡೆ) ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಸೂದೆ 2026" ಇಂದು ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆ ಎರಡೂ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಅಕ್ರಮ ತಡೆ) ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 2024 ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕಠಿಣ ನಿಯಮಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ, ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಆಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಟ್ಯಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕನಸುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಒಂದು ವಿಷಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರಲಿ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಜೊತೆ ಆಟವಾಡಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯಾರೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಅಂತಹವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, further strengthening the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 with stricter provisions against examination malpractices, has now been passed by both Houses of Parliament.

This is a significant step towards ensuring fair, transparent and merit-based public examinations while safeguarding the aspirations of millions of students.

Let this be clear: Anyone who attempts to play with the future of our students or indulges in examination malpractices will face the strictest action. They will not be spared.

The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, जो The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 को और अधिक सशक्त बनाते हुए परीक्षा संबंधी कदाचार के विरुद्ध कड़े प्रावधान सुनिश्चित करता है, अब संसद के दोनों सदनों द्वारा पारित हो चुका है।

यह निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी एवं योग्यता-आधारित सार्वजनिक परीक्षाओं को सुनिश्चित करने तथा करोड़ों विद्यार्थियों की आकांक्षाओं की रक्षा की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

यह स्पष्ट संदेश है कि जो भी हमारे विद्यार्थियों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करेगा या परीक्षा में किसी भी प्रकार के कदाचार में संलिप्त पाया जाएगा, उसके विरुद्ध कठोरतम कार्रवाई की जाएगी। किसी को भी बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।

ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಸದರ ನಿಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಜಲಶಕ್ತಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿ.ಆರ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ @CRPaatil ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜಲ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ತೀವ್ರ ಮಳೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರಿನ ಒಳಹರಿವು ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೂ ತೀವ್ರ ಅಭಾವ ಎದುರಾಗಿ, ಬರಗಾಲ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಅಕ್ರಮ ತಡೆ) ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಸೂದೆ Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill , 2026 ಅನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಕಠಿಣ ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ತಂದಿದೆ.

ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ತ್ವರಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳ (Fast-Track Courts) ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ, ತನಿಖಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಹ ಮಹತ್ವದ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಈ ಮಸೂದೆಯು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸೋರಿಕೆ ಜಾಲವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತತೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ

लोकसभा ने Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 को ध्वनिमत से पारित कर परीक्षा प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता और विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाया है। इस विधेयक के तहत कड़ी सज़ा, फास्ट-ट्रैक अदालतें, सशक्त जांच तंत्र और परीक्षा में धांधली करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई का प्रावधान किया गया है, जिससे पेपर लीक के पूरे नेटवर्क पर प्रभावी रोक लगाई जा सकेगी। यह ऐतिहासिक कानून प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की पवित्रता की रक्षा करने और देश के करोड़ों युवाओं के सपनों एवं मेहनत को सुरक्षित रखने की दिशा में एक निर्णायक पहल है।

यह विधेयक, जिसे कल (27 जुलाई को) पेश किया गया, दरअसल पहले से लागू Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 में संशोधन है। यह कानून भी इसी सरकार द्वारा लाया गया था।

यह केवल एक कानून नहीं था, बल्कि आज़ाद भारत के इतिहास में अपनी तरह का पहला व्यापक कानून था, जिसका उद्देश्य परीक्षाओं में होने वाली धांधली पर सख्त रोक लगाना था। 2024 का यह कानून और अब उसका यह संशोधन, दोनों मिलकर देश के छात्रों और युवाओं के भविष्य की रक्षा के प्रति सरकार की अटूट प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाते हैं। यह प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के उस संकल्प को भी दोहराता है कि भारत माता के बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ किसी भी कीमत पर खिलवाड़ नहीं होने दिया जाएगा।
