3 Things Rural Thailand Taught Me in 5 Days:

1. My Thai is better than I thought
2. My Thai is worse than I need it to be
3. I should do this more often lol

Nothing worse than messing up a tone and accidentally saying something suuuper deeply inappropriate to an elder 😭🤣

Can’t say learning Thai has been easy.

But if you wanna learn a language, getting a tutor is an actual life hack. Plus if you LIVE somewhere that speaks the language… man. Doesn’t get any easier than that.

Btw my Thai teacher is amazing lol.
