@greateranglia Already done that but your response did not address the things I actually complained about! I shouldn't need to find a convoluted route to get to work on time!
Absolutely fuming @greateranglia, complaints to a waltham cross MP has resulted in the change to the Hertford East train now not stopping at Cheshunt (very busy station) at 757am!! Wouldn't it be fairer to stop at both stations on that line.
@greateranglia Also the change to the service was done without prior notice or advised I your website. Greater anglia should be open and transparent with informing their customers
@greateranglia Thank you, its unfair and not the first time greater anglia has done this. We should ha e the choice to choose between a quicker journey and a slower one, but ultimately we want to get to work on time and not feel like its the crystal maze to work out how to get to work!
@greateranglia I would like to know where the notification of this change is on your website! This also affects my journey home. No more faster services, just the slow overground
@RoyalMail Please can you explain why parcelforce will attempt deliveries to a school at the weekend or late at night? It is becoming frustrating and we are not getting our deliveries!
@greateranglia I submitted a delay replay claim but it won't accept my oyster card details. Very frustrating when I feel as though I have done it correctly
@greateranglia Hi Kiera, I did that last week when they updated the ticket type for me. It doesnโt make sense telling me โSorry you chose not to travel with usโ in the email, yet I clearly did travel on your service, but was delayed by the broken down train at Tottenham Hale!
@greateranglia I used an oyster card to pay for my journey and now you have sent me an email to say your not paying my delay repay claim I have to get my refund from tfl! I travelled on your train service!!!
