They really do have the best posters at the Musikverein in Vienna…

My ticket to Brussels this morning allowed me access to the @Eurostar lounge at @StPancrasInt What a disappointment! Cold tea, broken coffee machine, no bowls for the cornflakes, and when the croissants arrived finally they were stale, clearly days old. Seriously unimpressed.

Last night I saw with my own eyes the best advertisement for free public Arts events. This little girl was entranced by an open air showing of La Boheme in the main square of Saint-Céré as part of their summer festival …https://t.co/dKJf5BegLp

I keep watching this on repeat - it is deeply soothing…

[Campaign for the Arts @_CFTA]

The new Prime Minister is writing a "10-year plan" for the UK. @andyburnham, the arts and culture MUST be part of it.

We've launched an urgent petition to make sure the arts can play their part in revitalising the nation 🌱

@BillieJeanKing Wonderful!

For all of you who are also tennis fans like me, I really recommend the four part documentary on Rafa Nadal now on Netflix. It is by no means a hagiography - rather a compelling and moving account of his extraordinary determination to overcome his physical limits. Don’t miss it!

@AnnieForTruth YES!

I had such a great time with these two marvellous singers at Middle Temple Hall in London on Wednesday night! @bethtaylormezzo @sarahconnolly They divided Elgar’s Sea Pictures & Britten’s Charm of Lullabies between them & duets by #Granados #Fauré, #Saintsäens & #Offenbach

This was for both Mark and I our Linz debut and it was a real pleasure to perform in @Brucknerhaus a programme of Robert and Clara Schumann, Rebecca Clarke and Benjamin Britten. @MarkPadmore

[Republicans against Trump @RpsAgainstTrump]

Marjorie Taylor Greene:

Donald Trump texted me that if my son gets killed, I deserve it because I was a traitor to him. I’d probably get put in jail if I released the texts. That’s our president. That’s the man who says MAGA is everything he wants it to be.

[Republicans against Trump @RpsAgainstTrump]

Donald Trump cut in front of Queen Camilla and King Charles to greet officials from his administration.

And this is who tens of millions voted for. What an embarrassment.
