After watching Twiggs interview all I have to say is I loved Charlie. My heart breaks for Erika, his children, and his parents. I'm just so sorry for all of them, for all of us, and for the entire country. We all now have a responsibility to be worthy of this massive loss.

The most important metric after year one isn't how many people come. It's how many people are leading, serving, or engaging in groups who weren't leading a year ago. Attendance can spike from a good marketing push. A growing leadership pipeline means something is actually working. 20/21
