Let me give you some examples:

1. I built an iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch app, an android app, a Linux app, a web app, an OSX app & a redesign of the site in a few hours this week. When I used to sell building that for a client it would cost $100k+ and take me 3 months + with a team of 4-5. It cost me $50 in AI tokens now. My skills/career already replaced by a 'yes' button anyone can click.

2. You or anyone can make an app almost instantly now for free. A tree species detector for your iPhone or a payroll system to pay your employees. You no longer need to pay for those services. An Ai researcher or a trans filter app (if you want).

3. US is 40T in debt which would take forever to pay off, except with AI investment from many companies that will multiply value (tree app/trans app etc) and generate massive wealth for the economy.

4. The data centers that exist can just about make some video/pics/text before being overloaded, but we want 24/7 robots (esp for an aging population), drones, military weapons, medical research, new machines, new factories, self driving cars, flying cars, space ships and an endless list of things AI will be needed to design and build. Cancer detectors, hoover robot, delivery robots - the list is endless (entertainment alone is huge, asteroid mining, planet terraforming).

5. Atm, US leads AI & needs a massive number of data centers to support all of the above (we have 0.1% of what we need). China is trying to compete, Europe is dead in the water (regulated/not building etc).

6. If we lose to China, the ASI (artificial super intelligence) will demolish most businesses (hack/out perform/out build etc) and murder the economy and we'll all be poor communists ready for gulag by a tiny percentage of evil people as manual labour can't compete.

7. The new datacenters require a massive amount of energy (hence Q - department of energy/ Q Clearance bc you cant have a nuclear sub without DoE involved - that's why they get such high clearance level, they are the bottom of the stack). This is why Don is grabbing Venezuelan oil, fracking and going all out on energy. You cant protect your data manually. NSA UDC (Utah Data Center that already exists) was stopping 250M hacks a day or something (pre-AI).

8. There are downsides (cost/noise/energy/pollution etc etc) so nobody wants to live next to one, but you need to build many. Having them local makes them faster and safer and in our (your, I am but a AI-less Eurofaggotini) control. They are being spread around to prevent consolidation of power. They use a fraction of the water it takes to grow almonds.

9. China/cult/retards want Americans to hate the idea of datacenters, while they rush ahead.

10. Picture 500M autonomous robots with 24-7 vision/brain etc and how much processing that needs v cat memes -add in your self driving car (200M), robot doctors/factories or whatever.

11. AI is just math/physics, so it inevitable unless banned (which goes against capitalism/free speech/free pursuit etc). Bad actors will do it anyway (like guns). may as well be first/best so Hegseth-Vance or whoever (Americans vote for) can control it.

12. The long term downside is: nobody knows what a species (it is basically a new species we have birthed) with 10M x the intelligence of all humanity will decide to do (hence Elon wants to teach AI to be truthful and love its makers us - like a child bought up right) as the other option is a disaster.

13. The massive wealth creation generated where we don't have to work, but get a percentage of the value created (voting/democracy etc), like you are seeing with Trump accounts/Dell etc will make people stay capitalists (you become communist if you own no property - the fundamental principle of capitalism is the right to own what you make - property rights + market forces - sell your labour).

14. Another downside is what do people do if they don't/can't really work (see #1 above where my nice profit got blasted away by everyone making their own apps etc). The smart ones will do the things they have always wanted (sleep late/sex all day/race cars/raise horses/hug trees/play golf/run a business etc etc). Some people will be lost (you can all now make graphics - so weak graphic designers are kinda toast). Instead of making 4 thumbnails for Mr Beast for $300 a day, that person can control a fleet of AIs to explore another planet/build a 1000ft tower or whatever (bigger and newer ideas).

I could on, but that kind of covers the principles and why you should rush to get the datacenters up and running, despite the massive social change and risks (that Don-Q-Elon-Mil are mitigating).

Anyway, copy or save this as I am not typing all that out again by hand (next time I'll use AI) but I am happy to answer any questions. I'm good at tech, but I am also a luddite (my home has almost no tech/no smart nothing except work computers, just loads of plants and stuff) as I believe that's the best balance (live with nature well, use tech to improve your life).
