No, it hasn’t. The dictionary definition of Zionist is the dictionary definition of Zionist.

What *IS* true is a bunch of antisemitic propagandists are successfully erasing the words Jews have to describe their own oppression. They’ve literally turned the belief that Israel should not be ethnically-cleansed into a slur.

And there’s this subtle moral shift of all language describing the actions of Jews.

✅ Civilians dying in a conventional war in the tragically expected proportions becomes a “genocide.”
✅ Winning a defensive war Palestinians started in 1948 becomes an “ethnic cleansing.”
✅ And Jews, the victims of the Nazis whose population is still less than before the Holocaust are turned into Nazis by the fringe left.

All of this is wrong. It’s frankly Orwellian and I don’t understand why I’m one of like four public figures on the left willing to say so.

This from @AMarch4OurLives is deeply upsetting and misinformed. March for Our Lives as a group exists because of what happened in the Parkland shooting where my daughter and 16 others were murdered. Back then they held protests and marches that were peaceful, just, and appropriate. What is happening on college campuses now is not. These current protests are not peaceful and they are antisemitic. The inability of this statement from March For Our Lives to even mention October 7th or the hostages still held just confirms how far they have moved from their original mission and purpose. The inability of this statement to mention Jewish students who cannot attend their campus because of these violent protests is dishonest. And please, do not tell me those incidents are staged, as I have family members and friends whose children are in fact experiencing this. I am sad for the support that I once gave to this group whose purpose was just and pure and who once stood against all hate in all of its forms.
