@BPPGroup@BPPGroup How can I resolve a formal complaint when the Head of the Office of Regulation & Compliance also fails spectacularly to deal appropriately with it? Please get in touch. This is absurd. 28 days since I last heard from the Head of the ORC & my emails are ignored
@BPPGroup I submitted a formal complaint, acknowledged on 02/04/24. I have since asked for an update with no success. The crux of my complaint is diabolical communication from BPP which is, absurdly, mirrored in the handling of my complaint. Your incompetence astounds me.
@WEP_UK I made a statement about abusive & threatening msgs from my then husband, the male officer replied "you must've said something to provoke him". I hadn't. The officer could see that as he had my phone. I was interviewed alone. Complaint made. No action. #RottenToTheCore
@TTCGroupUK speed awareness course was informative. A shame your trainer Mikey was blatantly discriminatory in saying he's glad he had so many women on the course "because I have to say, women get wound up by men driving behind them. Chill out...." @the_female_lead @

@VodafoneUK can you explain why you're not doing more to fix the Bath mast or compensate all the affected customers who've had poor/no service for weeks, whilst you're still taking their money? @BBCWatchdog
@VodafoneUK No. I have already done that & signed up to your rather useless update messages. How about you actually make an effort & fix the issue, as well as improving your customer service?
@VodafoneUK Still no service for my area. Getting ridiculous. Yesterday I was unable to call 111 for my son. I ended up taking him to A&E. How hard are you trying to fix this problem that you're aware of that's been going on for months now?
@AhmedShelbaya@VodafoneUK@BBCWatchdog @bathchron I'd love to know Vodafone UK CEO why he thinks it's OK to continue to charge customers full tariff despite there being a faulty mast in the Bath area resulting in zero signal? It's been weeks if not months.
@UN_Women @Esdas1 And stop stating whether she was employed or not, on benefits or not, lived in social housing or not, how much her home was worth, whether her parents are together or not, how educated she is. Nothing is relevant aside from "man raped/killed/injured woman"
📰 Let’s flip the narrative that places blame on victims and use the power of language in service of survivors, not perpetrators.

@judith_vickress Agree. I read two press articles about this awful murder; both felt it necessary to mention the victim wasn't believed to have been in employment at the time, & that there was a mix of private & social housing where she lived. It's totally irrelevant. The media makes me angry.

Andrea Simon from the End Violence Against Women Coalition says that “we need to start completely root and branch with reform” when dealing with rape cases in the UK.

@ASPolice How about the police change how they respond to victims? They have stated that have been asked by officers "how much do you drink?" & “so, you think this person raped you, do you?“. Police need to do a great deal better
