Two years on, we've delivered real change across the country. From putting more money in people's pockets, to improving public services and making communities safer.
Here's a look at what we've achieved so far👇
The NHS is our proudest achievement.
It’s always been there for my family. I’m proud this Labour government is making it fit for the future.
Happy birthday, NHS.
Hollie is one of the most formidable campaigners the Labour Party has ever produced. She joined as a trainee organiser because she wanted to fight for her community in Dagenham, and rose to the very top of our party through hard work, talent and belief in what Labour can do for working people.
She built and led the ground campaign that delivered our general election victory and allowed us to start changing Britain, and as General Secretary she has served our party with distinction.
I want to thank her for everything she has done for our party, our country, and for me as leader. I am proud to have worked alongside her, and wish her the very best for what comes next.
I’m extremely pleased to announce that all pubs will now be able to stay open for the England-Mexico game.
Let’s back the boys, pack out our pubs, and bring football one step closer home! 🦁 🏴
To all those affected by the appalling injustice of forced adoption, we are deeply and profoundly sorry.
The shame is not yours. The shame was never yours.
Resident doctors have just agreed a deal with us to stop the strikes.
This deal will see better pay progression, better career opportunities, and better working conditions for resident doctors.
Together, we can get on with delivering for patients and cutting waiting lists.
Great to welcome you back to Downing Street, Mark @SecGenNATO.
The UK stands firm in our commitment to NATO and to the security and stability of Europe.
My thoughts are with those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela.
We are working with partners to assess the needs & help with the global response.
