The Nike Kobe 4 Protro "Draft Day" Pack transforms Kobe Bryant's 1996 NBA Draft story into a unique blind-box sneaker experience. Instead of focusing only on the Charlotte Hornets-inspired colorway, the collection features 14 different pairs representing every lottery team that passed on Kobe, plus a special Los Angeles Lakers edition honoring the franchise where his legacy was built.

Each of the first 13 colorways features a white wear-away upper that gradually reveals hidden team colors over time, symbolizing Kobe's journey from draft-night uncertainty to NBA greatness. Design details include stitched Swooshes, matching sockliners, and numbered lottery-ball graphics tied to the 1996 draft order. The final Lakers-inspired pair stands out with fully exposed purple and gold detailing, serving as the centerpiece of the collection.

Nike is expected to release the Kobe 4 Protro "Draft Day" Pack on June 26, 2026, shortly after the 2026 NBA Draft, with pairs retailing for $190 through a blind-box format where buyers won't know which colorway they receive until opening the package.
