I received this letter from a farmer in northeast Kansas. His wife is ill and he is aging.

He sent me 1 of 5 N95 masks he has from farming to pass on to a doctor or nurse in New York.

This is humanity at its best. I share his letter as inspiration.

Ciara Durcan is the National Champion for the 3000M Walkrace. She beat the second place athlete by 14 seconds. Ciara improved her time from last year as a freshman by 56 seconds.
At the Nationals, there are no school size categories. She is the 3000M Champ for all schools in US
