Balance Isn’t An Option It’s a Mandate for Success!

The journey towards balance isn’t a destination as much as it is a continual pursuit.

Our head of our Healthcare Practice @KRRVentures is defending her PHD this summer, helping us grow, and has some companies she advises.

I suggested mixing it up out of the usual grind. If we go all gas and no brakes we run out of gas. Treat yourself like a high performing car.

Get the oil change, fuel up the tank! Otherwise you either crash or run out of gas. Doesn’t matter who you are.

Even Michael Jordan when he was depleted quit basketball after a third title because he hadn’t been able to refuel enough. He did what he needed to do than won 3 titles.

CEOs have to understand this. Run your team into ground and all you get long term is burned out performers and turnover.

Let them fuel up and you see the gains.

It’s the morale thing to do and best for the business at the same time.

This is simply a false and lazy narrative. Honor the courts, voters and the the victims and do the work required of a Gov. If there is doubt in a case you can act. But there is no doubt about most these cases. And the number of cases he cites is a Trumpian alt fact.
