The KSGUndertheTree Series has pitched camp in Marsabit County. Our Embu Campus spearheads this particular series with Dr. Ann Kangethe, Director of the Campus, leading a team in conversations that matter to the residents of the area.
Since Monday, June 8, 2026, young people and women have gathered under the Marsabit skies to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills, challenge one another through group presentations, and explore solutions during lively plenary discussions.
Dr. Idris Salim Dokota, PS and Accounting Officer, State Department for Cabinet Affairs, reaffirmed Kenya's commitment to ongoing public sector reforms and efforts to advance regional integration and shared prosperity.
Four days of dialogue, learning, and collective resolve have come to a close at the East Africa Regional Conference themed, “Advancing Regional Integration and Public Value in East Africa: Ethical, Digital and Results-Driven Public Administration.”
Key resolutions included the harmonization of governance frameworks across Partner States, increased investment in digital government transformation, and the development of common regional digital standards to strengthen service delivery and regional integration.

On World Environment Day 2026, KSG established the KSG Legacy Grove at the Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary. @KeForestService, @KOICAKenya and @KenyaRedCross partnered with @KSGKenya for this initiative through a tree planting exercise at the Sanctuary.

The @KSGKenya National Research Conference is underway themed “Re-Imagining the Future of Public Service Governance and Culture.”
It features presentations from ten commissioned studies aimed at generating evidence-based solutions to strengthen public sector performance.
@KSGKenya and @Huawei Kenya have signed an MoU focused on ICT transformation, AI, research, and capacity development to advance public service delivery in Kenya. The MoU was signed by KSG Director General, Prof. Nura Mohamed, and the Deputy CEO of Huawei Kenya, James Sun Quan.
Prof. Nura Mohamed at the ITU-UNESCO-EU Training on AI for the Public Sector, noted that AI is rapidly reshaping government service delivery, policymaking, and citizen engagement.
He reaffirmed KSG’s collaboration with EU, UNESCO and ITU in expanding access to digital knowledge.
