@UPS fradulent charges by UPS.
My package was charged with a brokerage fee of 300$ when the package value was not more than 140$.
My package was on hold at warehouse for 10 days along with these hidden charges
@DHLUSHelp team, i am trying to reach your manager regarding a time sensitive package which was supposed to be delivered today. No one is responding to me . Can you guys help
@DHLUS customer service is pretty bad ...i spoke with them 8 times in the past 48 hours and they mentioned my order would be delivered by end of day only to know that order was put on hold by their customer care rep who doesn’t even understand basic english
