My heart breaks for the families, the school, and everyone affected by this tragic loss 💔
Sending my deepest condolences and prayers. May the young souls rest in eternal peace 🕯️🕊️🤍
Today, the Commissioner for Reproductive & Child Health, Dr. @rmugahi99, together with musician @Ksheebah1, Dr. Richard Mwesigwa of @UNFPAUganda and members of the National Sexual & Reproductive Health Technical Working Group, held a discussion on strengthening advocacy for the prevention of birth injuries in #Uganda.
The meeting explored opportunities to leverage Sheebah’s platform to raise awareness and amplify the voices of women living with childbirth-related morbidities, while encouraging more open conversations around maternal health.
During the engagement, Dr. Mugahi commended Sheebah for courageously breaking the silence on these issues, noting that urinary incontinence is just one of the many childbirth related conditions that continue to affect the health, dignity, and quality of life of many women.
“We appreciate Sheebah Karungi for championing this important cause and look forward to working together to strengthen awareness, promote prevention, and ensure that every woman experiences safe motherhood.” ~ Dr. @rmugahi99

I told you I wasn’t going to stop and I meant it.
Today, I had a productive meeting with the @MinofHealthUG as we begin a partnership with @Sheebahcares and @LetsTalkAbtItUg to shine a light on birth injuries, including stress urinary incontinence and other pelvic floor disorders that affect so many women after childbirth.
Together, we are committed to raising awareness, promoting prevention, encouraging early diagnosis, and ensuring that every woman wherever she is knows that help is available. No woman should have to suffer in silence from a preventable or treatable birth injury.
This is only the beginning. Every mother deserves dignity, quality healthcare, and the opportunity to heal.
💜 Healthy Mother. Healthy Family. Healthy Nation.

Every time I leave for work or have to travel, I feel guilty.
I start wondering, “Does my baby think Mommy is always gone?” I worry we’ll lose our connection, so I explain everything to him and talk to him before I leave.
Please tell me I’m not the only one.
Let’s talk about mother guilt. I hate it. 💔

Happy birthday, babe @aggiebaddie 🥂✨Welcome to the bad bitch chapter 😌 I am so proud of the woman you’ve become and so happy for everything you’ve accomplished. You’ve always been that girl, sassy, cool, intelligent, kind, fiercely loyal, and full of love. Thank you for everything you contribute to my life, my brand, my career, and to me as a person. I appreciate you more than you know.
Happy, happy, happy 30th! Welcome to the coolest level ever where you slowly start to stop giving a fuck. 😂 Every year from now on, you lose one more fuck to give, and honestly? It’s the greatest gift adulthood has to offer. Go be fabulous, keep winning, keep shining, and keep being unapologetically you. I love you, and I can’t wait to celebrate you ❤️🥂
There are two things I’d like to clarify after sharing my birth story. First, my complication had nothing to do with my age. Pelvic birth injuries can happen to women of any age, whether you’re 17, 25, 35, or 40. Age alone is not the cause.
Second, many people have asked how I was allowed to push for two hours. The truth is, my medical team discussed it with me beforehand. They explained that I had a two-hour window to try for a vaginal birth, and if I didn’t deliver within that time, we would proceed with a C-section. From the beginning, I had made it clear that I wanted to avoid a C-section if it was safe to do so, so we followed that plan within the agreed medical limits.
Every birth is different. My experience is just that,my experience. I shared it to raise awareness, not to blame anyone or spread fear. My goal is to encourage women to ask questions, understand the risks, and make informed decisions together with their healthcare providers.
