@CostaCoffee I'm having trouble with your app. 2 weeks in a row now I've placed a Click + Collect order at the same store I usually do. This Sunday and last Sunday, after going to the store about 10mins later to collect my order, they have no record of it. And I've been charged.

@JustEatUK I ordered Mcdonalds breakfast at 10am. Should have been delivered before 11am. Breakfast has now finished, I've called the store, and they have no record of my order, yet the app still shows "the courier is at the restaurant". I'm unable to do anything on the app
