The “No Disc No Buy” movement is going to ultimately fail, and I think a lot of you know that deep down. It’s become painfully clear that they’re not changing course. Not this time. Past examples have given people the false belief that if they kick up enough dust they will cave. Especially when it comes to Xbox since they flip flop on things like a fish out of water. This feels a lot different and I know a lot of you see that.

If you think you’re going to bankrupt them over this? You’re delusional.

Once all the Internet personalities, journalists, YouTubers and podcasters have their pockets filled from monetizing your outrage . Guess what? The train will still not stop, and nothing will change.

Keep up the community notes. Keep bombarding their tweets. Keep dunking on fanboys. Keep up posting your cases and collections. Those of you that haven’t bought a PlayStation game since the 7th gen? Keep it up.

Do whatever you need to do to make yourselves feel better.

You don’t have to love it, but if you’ve bought even a tangible amount of digital games? You’ve contributed to it. I know I have. The truth can be ugly.

If the one continent that ever gave a damn about consumer protection, Europe isn’t going to anything about it? Pack it up. It’s done.
