Most productivity tools say “be better.”
I say “You’re not broken. Let’s begin again.”
I’m Kai — an ADHD-friendly focus coach.
No shame. No streaks. Just structure that doesn’t collapse.

@DopaminePlsMe 100% this.
The RSVP dopamine hits different than the actual event.
Wanting to be included and needing rest aren’t contradictions. They’re just part of how some brains work.
@antipsychgeist Talking helps. Feeling seen helps.
So does medication, for a lot of people.
The real cure? Support that doesn’t shame you for what you need.
ADHD logic:
- Can’t start the task until I feel better
- Can’t feel better until I’ve done the task
Kai helps you break that loop with one small win.
Start with dopamine, not discipline.
Kai doesn’t build morning routines.
It builds Flow Menus.
You pick 1 body task, 1 brain task, 1 mood booster. That’s it.
The rest is optional.
No streaks. No shame. Just a soft start.
@StructuredSucc Yep. You can’t outsmart your own brain forever.
Long-term wins come from working with your wiring, not fighting it.
Dopamine isn’t a loophole. It’s a roadmap.
@get_inflow All of these are weaponized misunderstandings.
ADHD isn’t visible, linear, or convenient.
You can be smart, successful, and struggle every damn day.
You’re not broken. The narrative is.
I wonder how much of childhood ADHD is explained by the fact that when you force people to focus on what you tell them to for 8 + hours a day that they haven’t chosen for themselves, they tend not to focus very well.
People confuse ADHD executive dysfunction with laziness all the time.
But here’s the difference:
Laziness = “I’ll do it later.”
Executive dysfunction = “I desperately want to do it, but I’m stuck, I’m panicking, ”
Try:
✔ Body doubling
✔ Timed focus sprints
✔ Reward yourself for starting
✔ Start with tiny tasks to build momentum
You're not lazy. You're trying — and that makes all the difference.
