Kai & I spent 30 min properly sequencing upper half w/o taking a swing, doing various drills.

Results: Better launch position, shoulder plane more linear, barrel in zone longer, quicker 2 ball, front hip clearance @ land, top/knuckle spin to backspin

Had a blast with @ECpatnation this weekend, ending the summer on a tournament win! I went 8/12 with 6 stolen bases to end the season batting .471 with a .584 OBP and 25 SB. Thanks to my coaches and teammates for the great season!
