One of my favorite things about living in Maine is how the landscape changes color with the seasons. This is the view from the hill in my backyard, looking east.
TGIF and National Pina Colada Day. My favorite bartender makes the best. Have you tried one? I had my first at the Sheraton Yacht Haven pool bar in St. Thomas. The old hotel and bar are long gone, but the memory remains.
Move to the Keys, they said. You’ll love it, they said. On our second day…. No one was hurt, and we were never in danger, but you can be sure this scene, highly fictionalized, will show up in a Hayden Kent or Southernmost Secrets mystery. Maybe both.
