4. Told several times on the phone to change my dates. I have a duty of care to my patients and cannot change my leave at the drop of a hat. TUI are completely out of touch with what the NHS stands for and help for heroes is nothing more than a gimmick with no substance.

@TUIUK desperately disappointed with level of customer service after booking through help for heroes. Facts presented in thread below.

1/2/25 - holiday booked to TUI Magic Life Fuertaventura from 4/3/25 to 11/3/25 for myself, wife and 1 year old. We are both NHS workers

3. The Lago main pool is the biggest selling point of the hotel and a huge area to be closed off. We have a one year old so if we keep the booking we are limited to the activity pool or sports pool, not ideal for a 1 year old. Splash park does not have a pool for children.

@HCI_London @MEAIndia Incompetence taken to a whole new level. If not incompetent this is deliberate lack of action as part of political playground games. As a Goan living in the UK I am embarrassed by the behaviour of both governments. Saddened that this joyful experience is now being soured
