I see what you're saying though. It's pretty tough to find a remote activity that people truly collaborate on. Perhaps a virtual escape room?
@Evanish We've made pastel de nata, pizza, and cocktails through Airbnb Experiences and they all worked really well. Ingredient and equipment lists were sent out in advance and the lesson seems to usually include the history on what you're making.
