@Uber my account has been hacked, personal data compromised, which I have reported to Uber twice on the help pages and still not heard anything back. Awful customer service and pure negligence to a very sensitive situation involving personal data!!
@UberUKI_Support To confirm, yes you have just sent me a DM but just told me to complete a support ticket. I have done this 4 times now, with no response from Uber and now my card had been used so this is not helpful at all!
@Uber Still no reply from @Uber@Uber_Support after reporting my account hack 3 times on the support system they told me to use. Iโve now had a charge on my card so this is now fraud and negligence from Uber. Reported again for the 4th time, but will take legal action
@Uber_Support@gingerade7 Definitely lying here, had no DM from uber or even a response to now the 3 customer tickets I have made which was title account hacked. Absolutely the worst customer service, actually worrying and concerning how you are handling customer personal data
@Uber Are you joking!!!! This is actually seriously worrying that a company as big as Uber handles their customer data and issues like this!! As I have mentioned on several occasions now Iโve already done this twice, so there is no point me doing it again as your team do not respond!!

@MukidAbu @FCDOtravelGovUK@Nigelwootton Ahh weโre in the same boat, due to fly on the 29th but in tier 4 and airline @TravelTrolleyUK and @British_Airways are saying no refund as flight is still due to go ahead! How is that fair when weโre not allowed to get on the flight!! ๐ ๐คฌ So frustrating ๐ญ๐ญ
@British_Airways Even though they keep telling me they have to speak to BA first before they can give a price? Then when they do and I have to call back they keep saying different things and giving different prices! Iโm shocked BA allow this travel agent to sell your seats as itโs just awful!!
