what is heeseung like from the perspective of the members living under the same roof?
- from jungwon
(rough trans)
1. can you tell us about heeseung’s daily routine? is there anything that you want to learn from?
🐈 first of all, he sleeps a lot. he also enjoys playing games. in heeseung hyung’s room, there’s only a bed and a computer. it’s really simple, but it feels like he has a very clear routine. heeseung hyung eats his meals very thoroughly. i tend to eat quickly, but heeseung hyung eats everything carefully and properly, no matter what it is. for example, when he eats jokbal (pigs’ feet), he always wraps it in leafy vegetables, and when he eats french fries, he always uses ketchup. seeing him pay attention to such small details makes me want to learn from him.
2. what was the most unusual thing in heeseung’s room?
🐈 it was the keyboard rack for his computer. when i first saw so many keyboards lined up, i was genuinely surprised. i don’t use computers much, and i think one keyboard is enough. but heeseung hyung collects keyboards like they’re figures. i’ve heard there are people who collect keyboards, but seeing it in real life was truly fascinating.
3. do you remember your first impression of heeseung? how has it changed since then?
🐈 i’ve been practicing with him since before i-land, so it’s been about seven years since we met. back then, heeseung hyung gave off a strong leader vibe. he often took the lead among the trainees and had a way of keeping everyone focused. he had an even more strict and disciplined image than now. he’s changed quite a bit since then, he’s now much more approachable, humorous, and makes a lot of jokes. he especially looks out for the younger members, showing his side as the “eldest brother” of the team.
4. what kind of presence is heeseung to you, jungwon? if you had to describe him in one word, what would it be?
🐈 “a cute eldest brother.” heeseung hyung doesn’t try to act cute intentionally, but there are moments when his adorable side naturally shows. even when he’s trying to look cool, he somehow ends up looking cute. that’s part of his unique charm.
5. what habits or catchphrases of heeseung do you know?
🐈 perhaps because he’s been dancing popping for so long, even when he’s zoning out, he’s never completely still. he’ll move his hands or shoulders, doing waves or unconsciously following the rhythm of popping. even without music, he’s always moving, and it feels like it’s ingrained in his body. watching heeseung hyung, i realize that dance is a part of his daily life. it’s so natural and cool.
6. have you ever seen heeseung preparing for a stage and thought, “this is a true professional”?
🐈 the time that stands out most in my memory is when we were preparing for the coachella valley music and arts festival. while deciding on the setlist, heeseung hyung shared a lot of opinions about the direction of the performance, what mood we should aim for and what sequence would be best. watching him talk about these things so seriously made me feel that he really thinks deeply about the music. it was reassuring and showed that he genuinely cares about the team as a whole.

what is jake like from the perspective of the members living under the same roof?
- from jay
(rough trans)
1. please tell us about jake’s daily routine. is there anything in it that you want to learn from?
🐈⬛ jake goes to bed early. it’s less of a routine and more like he just naturally gets sleepy early (laughs). but i think that’s actually a really important habit. my lifestyle tends to be irregular, but jake naturally tidies up his surroundings and and gets ready to rest as night falls. i kind of envy that about him.
2. what’s the most unexpected item in jake’s room?
🐈⬛ a shoe rack. i was a little surprised to see a shoe rack in his room. it’s one of those transparent plastic kinds that sneaker collectors often use. it’s placed neatly in his room, and it actually suits him really well. it’s in a neat and organized space, and you can sense his affection for his belongings.
3. do you remember your first impression of jake? how do you think he has changed since then?
🐈⬛ my first impression was “the kid with long hair.” he seemed reserved and a little shy. but the more i got to know him, the more i realized how genuine and human he is. he’s much more easygoing and natural than he was back then, and now, i sense more confidence than shyness. he’s also become more talkative.
4. what kind of presence is jake to you? if you had to describe him in one word, what would it be?
🐈⬛ “a same-age friend i can completely relax around.” that’s exactly what it means. even without talking, it feels comfortable, and there's no need to be overly considerate. there’s a sense of unity that comes from being the same age. we can say straightforward things without it feeling awkward, and we understand each other without having to try too hard. that kind of connection is really important to me. jake is someone i feel at ease with.
5. how much do you know about jake’s algorithm? what kind of content does he enjoy watching on youtube or social media?
🐈⬛ the things jake likes are fishing, camping, and dogs, these three. sometimes, i see him watching videos on his phone about assembling fishing rods or reviews of camping gear. he also often watches dog videos. he doesn’t say much about it, but you can tell he really enjoys watching them.
6. between you and jake, who started speaking casually first? and what’s the most memorable moment in the process of becoming close?
🐈⬛ i don’t really remember who started speaking casually first. i don’t think there was ever a moment where we decided, “let’s speak casually.” it just naturally happened, and we started talking like friends. there was no awkwardness, and we became close quickly. usually, it takes time to overcome a sense of distance, but with jake, there was no such barrier. our personalities matched well, and i thought, “it would be fun to be friends with this guy.” it was memorable how we got along so well from the very beginning.
