For International Day of persons with disability I asked my Instagram followers a simple question.

“ what is one thing a person/business could change/do better for disabled people?”

this was one of the most common answers.

Another outstanding performance from rising star Róisín Ní Riain in Berlin. She just went and broke the World record in the S13 200m Backstroke with a time of 2:25.23.

The department of education urgently needs to add an extra month onto the end of the academic calendar so the children of Ireland can experience the World Cup on a TV on wheels next year. Not chromecast or AirPlay. A TV on wheels. It's essential.
