Southern green stink bug numbers up for the fourth year in a row. You can thank a warm winter. Growers must vigilantly scout corn (prior to tassel) and beans (season long) for effective control. Insect pressure varies from year to year and field to field @NCStatesoybeans

Although we've found a relatively low density of annual bluegrass weevil (<10 ABW per sq ft) at the Blacksburg Country Club. Some damage from larval feeding on collars has appeared. All VA golf course superintendents should be on the lookout for this and treat accordingly.

@kinchen1andonly But how many non-sport watchers switched to Netflix/etc from 2007-2017. That statistic doesn't count the total number of viewers. My bet is that total cable tv viewers dropped bc of streaming services meaning sports fans make up a bigger % of the market.
