@united you are an awful airline. Two flights from in a row today where there were maintenance issues. Weather is one thing, but constance maintenance issues is on you. I am lucky if I even get home!
@SouthwestAir why would you not refund my trip when I canceled in less than 24 hours? There is nothing in your web or app user flow that discloses that you dont refund to an original form of payment if you only cancel one leg of the trip. This is a bad bait and switch tactic

@AmericanExpress we went on an amazing trip to Greece and Italy and could not find a restaurant who would accept our Amex. Such a shame we pay for the fee and canβt travel internationally!
@SouthwestAir has always been the best for west coast flights, but itβs starting to get too big to continue hang on to their great customer service. We need virgin America to come back.
