@NBCNews Hahaha fraud!!! Literally everything the big orange buffoon is doing is fraudulent. Oh we all know Trump is pardoning everyone in his family before he leaves office because the crimes they’ve committed that’ll come out later, will make Tricky Dick look like an angel!
@scottfitzg888@ScoutingTheRefs Those plays are decided by the NHL Situation Room. The Referees can have input but it’s ultimately those in Toronto making the ruling.
No, this one was clearly a good goal. I’m felt the previous one wasn’t as clear cut, but this one was.
@scottfitzg888@ScoutingTheRefs Then Vegas could have challenged tonight. I’m a Habs fan and got no skin in this game. But this one was most clearly not goalie interference.
@CanadiensMTL How long did they keep this a secret? Based on a team meeting and a big win the night before and then a game the next day, was this the off day between games 3 and 4 vs Buffalo?
@ScoutingTheRefs That wasn’t the ruling on the ice. Hebert ruled no goal for goaltender interference (Dave Jackson said that on the broadcast). If the whistle is blown (or intent to blow) that isn’t challengeable.
@FriedgeHNIC Hilarious Carolina benefits from the call again going their way. The MTL/CAR game 5 goal was much more than this. The puck was loose in this case and barely any contact. Dobes gets plenty of contact and that was ruled a good goal.
@ScoutingTheRefs This should have been the easiest overturn of a call. The NHL should release who the morons in the Situation Room last night that voted it wasn’t goaltender interference. All of them should NEVER be there in there again.
@ScoutingTheRefs The biggest joke from the Situation Room. There is no way that should be a goal. Dobes was not able to play his position because he was ran into by a player who went into the crease on his own. This was a downright terrible call. Pathetic by the NHL and the statement sent out.
@MitchyGallo Yeah, just about every commentator on TNT says no way that should’ve counted. The Situation Room ruling was trash. Dobes clearly impaired to play his position. To allow that goal and then put the Habs short handed, had them changing the game again.
@EricEngels Puke from the NHL. No way in hell that should have been a goal. Carolina probably still wins but it has the Habs chasing the game and then killing a penalty.
@NHLPR@CanadiensMTL@Canes What an absolute joke. Pathetic to allow that goal. Carolina probably still wins but it complete changed the game. Goal and then Montreal shorthanded and chasing the game again.
@NHLPR@CanadiensMTL@Canes Trash. Probably one of the easiest to overturn to no goal. Who’s working the situation room tonight, former Hurricanes players?
@EricEngels@FriedgeHNIC Not sure how you continue with the same lineup that has generated the lowest shot total in a 3 game stretch in the history of the NHL.
@GrumpyLoganLakr@ScoutingTheRefs You’re an idiot. That was a clear two hander in the back. No where near a flop. That was Ehlers who basically had a glove touch his face and acted like he got shot.
@GrumpyLoganLakr@ScoutingTheRefs Yeah he barely touched him. It wasn’t a 2 handed cross check right in the back. Especially with the call then that was made on Dach.
@MitchyGallo The officiating was awful. Maybe not give Carolina 6 PPs cause they did not earn that many. Both Anderson penalties were trash. Should have been 4 on 4 for both. The Danault one was garbage. Staal was holding him down with his legs so he hit him.
